Push-Pull typed electromagnet is designed for generating maximum magnet field by minimum dimension. Assembled coil is properly mounted in a metal tube; choosing the steel with high permeability; coupled with flux plate design the push-pull typed electromagnet’s out-put force could be raised 20% ~ 50%.
Usually the push rod is attached on plunger and jointed with client’s structure at the other end, then we could use it just like the push typed electromagnet. On the other hand, if client’s structure is linked to the plunger end, then it’s basically like pull typed electromagnet.
